Good set of three small size paring or Patternmakers gouges, all with matching turned boxwood  handles. One is a cranked paring gouge. Two are by Wm. Marples & Sons and the other is by Robt. Sorby, all Sheffield. Minor discolouration in places but all perfectly useable. Good long blades on all of them.

Nice quality Slater of London parallel sided cast metal smoothing plane. 9" long by 2 3/4" wide. Gunmetal bridge with nice shape good original dark rosewood infill and probably the original William Marples thick parallel iron and backing iron which produces a fine mouth. Fully enclosed rear handle with full spur. Minor discolouration to the metal in places.

Pretty decent Spiers of Ayr dovetailed steel 3/4" wide by 9" long metal rebate plane. Dark rosewood wedge and infill with good length original James Howarth of Sheffield snecked iron. There is minor damage to the top of the wedge otherwise this is a pretty decent plane.

Exceptionally rare Stanley England 1 5/8" wide toothing block plane iron in very good little used condition. Would fit a 9 1/2, 18 and similar block planes. I have seen toothing blades advertised as a special order in one of the Stanley England catalogues I own but this is the first time I have ever seen and handled one.
